Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsmoong dal(greenmoongdal)
  2. 50 gmsraw rice
  3. 50 gmsjaggery
  4. 1 cupDessicated coconut
  5. 1 tspgreen cadamompowder
  6. 2 tbsppistachios
  7. 1 cuphomemade rabdi
  8. To tastesalt
  9. As requiredOil to fry

Cooking Instructions

    Wash &soak the moongdal as well as raw rice for 4 hour.Grind the moong dal.Then mix dal &rice makes a smooth paste.Add jaggery desiccated coconut,green cadamom powder & salt mix well.The batter should neither be thick nor thin.

    Heat ghee or oil pour a ladle ful moong batter & deep fry the malpua. Garnish with rabdi,desiccated coconut & pistachios & cherry serve it.
