Take all purpose flour(maida)

Add black pepper,carom seeds,dry mango powder, cumin seeds and salt.

Add 1/4 cup oil.Mix well and little water at a time. Knead semi-soft smooth dough. Cover & let it rest for 20 mins.

Divide in half &make a log cut into 12 pieces,

Roll each places to disc.roll each piece to 4 inch diameter circle

Fold in half. Prick again

Apply very thin layer of ghee. Prick with fork

Fold again & press the sides.

In the same way make all the mathris

Take a wok and oil in it and add mathri in a oil.

Deep fry till golden brown to medium flame.
