Ingredients

  1. 1 kgBoiled baby potatoes
  2. 1 tspJeera
  3. To tasteGreen chillies
  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. To tasteRed chilli powder
  7. To tasteGaram masala
  8. 1 tspCoriander powder
  9. As neededOil
  10. To tasteAmchoor
  11. As neededCoriander leaves For garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Take a kadahi.

  2. 2

    Add oil to it. Now add jeera and green chillies.

  3. 3

    Now add boiled potatoes. Add Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhania powder, Amchoor and salt.

  4. 4

    Mix nicely. Cover the lid and let it cook for few minutes keep sauting in between.

  5. 5

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

  6. 6

    Serve with pooris or parathas.

  7. 7
