Poha Cheese Balls

Take a big bowl. Mix poha,small boiled potato, garlic chopped, red chilli flakes,pepper powder,salt,corn flour, oregano/mixed herbs, capcicum,onion chopped (optional). Mix all nicely. Keep this in fridge for 30 mins.

Make small balls putting mozerella cheese cubes in the center of each.

Coat each ball in maida slurry and roll it on breadcrumbs nicely.

Then deep fry these balls on med flame. Tasty and crispy balls ready to serve with any type of sauce.
