Cut all the ladyfinger lengthwise in two pieces, steam for 3_4 minutes in steamer, once done let it cool. In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, turmeric powder, red Chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt.then water, mix it to form a medium thick slurry, ensure there are no lumps.wipe the moisture of lady fingers..

Make a round with ladyfinger and stick them with toothpick...make all rings like this. dip them in the slurry and then coat it with breadcrumbs.

In a pan heat oil on medium flame drop the rings and once it turns golden brown take it out on kitchen towel. Garnish with coriander leaves and chat masala.
Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
