  • 2.மிளகாய் பொடி 2 டேபிள் ஸ்பூன்
  • 3.நல்லெண்ணெய் ஆறு டேபிள் ஸ்பூன்
  • 4.வறுத்த வெந்தயபொடி
  • 5.உப்பு இரண்டு டீஸ்பூன்
  • 6.கடுகு இரண்டு டீஸ்பூன்

Steps

  1. 1

    தக்காளியை நன்றாக அலம்பி துடைத்து வைக்கவும்.

  2. 2

    தக்காளியை மிக்ஸியில் போட்டு நைஸாக அரைத்து வைக்கவும்.

  3. 3

    கடாயை அடுப்பில் வைத்து எண்ணெயை ஊற்றவும். எண்ணெய் காய்ந்ததும் கடுகு தாளித்து அரைத்த தக்காளியை மெதுவாக ஊற்றவும். அடுப்பை மிதமான தீயில் வைக்கவும்.

  4. 4

    மிளகாய் பொடி, உப்பு சேர்த்து கிளறவும்.

  5. 5

    மிதமான தீயில் பத்து நிமிடங்கள் மூடி போட்டு வைக்கவும். (வெளியே தெறிக்காமல் இருக்கும்.)

  6. 6

    எண்ணெய் பிரிந்து வரும் வரை கிளறவும். எண்ணெய் பிரிந்து வந்ததும் வெந்தய பொடி சேர்த்து கிளறி இறக்கி வைக்கவும். ஆறியதும் ஒரு பாட்டிலில் எடுத்து வைத்து உபயோகிக்கவும். பிரிட்ஜில் வைத்து உபயோகித்தால் ஒரு மாதம் வரையில் கெடாமல் இருக்கும்.
