Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 glassMilk
  • 1 bowlmaida
  • 1/2 cupsuji
  • 1 glasswater
  • 1/2 cupchopped dry fruit
  • 1/2 tbspelaichi powder
  • 1/2 litreoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take one glass Milk and add maida, suji, sugar and water mix them well and let it rest for 4 to 5 hours.

  2. 2

    Now in the batter add dry fruits and elaichi powder and mix well.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in frying pan and put one big spoonful of batter of pua in the pan and fry both sides till it turns golden brown.

  4. 4

    Then, remove the fried pua from oil and put it on a tissue paper (to remove excess oil)

  5. 5

    Your Maalpua is ready to serve. It's yummy and delicious.
