First set all your ingredients.

First roast cumin, coriander seeds, Red chili button, cinnamon sticks, star anise, cloves, cardamom, black pepper corn cumin, and coarsely ground in coffee grinder.

Now make tomato paste with fried onions and set a side.

Now marinate chicken with salt, Red chili pwd, turmeric, cream,ginger garlic paste, yougurt, orange food colour. Leave for about 1 hour.

Heat oil add marinated chicken and fry well.

Now add tomato puree and fried onion mixture, roasted masala and bhunify well until oil comes out.

Add some water and cook on slow flame until meats tender.

When chicken done add burning coal on aluminum foil with some drops of oil. And cover the lid.

Yummy Angara Chicken is ready.
