First wash the bitter gaurd let it dry then cut them in round shape after put some salt and one fourth tsp turmeric powder mix it very well and leave it for one hour

After one hour wash them very well and squeeze the water let it dry put oil in the kadaayee when oil is enough hot keep put karela in it keep the flame medium fry them fry them 10 to 15 minutes they become crisp take them out in the plate

Put oil in the kadayee use two tbsp for frying the bittergaurd and one for temoering when is enough hot put sliced onions fry for two minutes after that put potatoes put salt and turmeic powder cook them until they 80% cooked add bitter gaurd cook for 5to 6 minutes in low flame

Karela ki sabji is ready enjoy it with roti and curd
