4 cupBef stock
2Carrots chopped
2Onions chopped
1 bunchCilantro chopped
3Potatoes big chops
4 cloveGarlic chopped
1/2 cupFresh tomatoes pure
2 tbspParsley chopped
1 bunchBrisket in pieces

Cook the brisket in the stock and 1/2 cup of water for 2 hours. Bring all the ingredients in the pot and cook medium heat for 2 more and DONE!
