Ingredients

  • 2carrots
  • 2potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1bellpepper
  • 1onion
  • 1beeroot
  • 1avocado
  • 2lemons
  • salt and black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice all the veggies. Mix them in a bowl, with lemon juice (1 lemon), salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Grill them for 5 minutes each side.

  3. 3

    For dip - Peal avocado, beetroot. Put them in a grinder. Squeeze the lemon. Add some pepper. Blend it.
