Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 3/4 cupBoiled black chickpeas
  2. 2Boiled potatoes
  3. 1/4 cupFinely chopped onion
  4. 2Chopped green chillies
  5. 1Juice of lemon
  6. 1 tspGaram masala
  7. 1 tspChaat masala
  8. As per tasteSalt
  9. As requiredOil for shallow frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take boiled potatoes and make a coarse paste in mixer and shift it in a deep bowl.

    In the same bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix it well with the chickpeas.

    Into this add chopped onions, chillies, garam masala, chaat masala and salt. Mix everything well and make a nice paste.

    Now take barbeque sticks.

    Apply some oil on your palm and take small amount of mixture, spread it on the barbeque stick in long cylindrical shape.

    Take a grill pan heat 2-3 tbsp oil on medium flame and cook the kebabs on all sides until the turn nice crispy and golden brown.

    Serve hot with choice of chutney, slices of onion and lemon.
