Kheer is a very popular dessert for any occasion. Dry fruits kheer is not only delicious , it's healthy dessert too. We can easily prepare it .

Boil the milk in a pan.

Cut almonds and cashews into pieces. Crush the cardamom pods

Heat ghee in a pan and roast makhana until it becomes crispy. Take out it. Roast chopped almonds and cashews until little crispy.take out in plate. Cut or crush the fox nuts.

Now add makhana, almonds and cashews in boiling milk. Keep stirring and cook on low flame until it thickens.

Now add sugar, soaked saffron, raisins and cardamom powder.Mix it well. Cook for 2-3 minutes then switch off the flame and cover it with a lid. Let it cool.

Now serve it in serving bowls and garnish with saffron strands and few rose petals or your desired dry fruits.
