500 gramspotato
1/2 cupcorns
2green chillies
2chopped tomatoes
1 tbspturmeric powder
1 tbspred chilli powder
1 tbspCoriander powder
1 tbspgaram masala
1 tbspcumin seeds
to tasteSalt
As neededoil
1 tbspkasuri methi(dried fenugreek)

Steps

First of all peel the potato and wash it and cut the pieces and dry it.

Take a kadhai oil heat it add cumin seeds add the potato and cook for 4-5 minutes in low flame.

Add corn and green chillies and chopped tomatoes fry it.

Add all spices and cook for 2 minutes.

Delicious veg is ready.
