Zaki tanadi Ayaba, gwanda, kankana, ki wanke ki yanka sai ki zuba a blender, ki kara ruwa, suga/zuma, sai yoghurt da madarar ruwa ki yi blending har sai sunyi kumfa. Zaki sha da yamma har taswon kwana 3,zakiyi mamakin canjin da zaki samu.

Wanan hadin shima zaki samu ayaba, gwanda, kankana ki yanka ki zuba a blender ki kara ruwa, zuma, madarar ruwa da garin ridi(sesame) zaki hadasu ki markada, wanan hadin na amarya da uwar gida ne, yana kara lafiya, kawar da qarni da sirri na musamman.Amarya zata kwana 5 tana yi,uwar gida kuma zata iya sha har tsawon kwanakin da ta ga canji amma da yamma zata dinga sha.

Hadin kankana da madara, ana cewa kankana uwar-ruwa saboda ita tana da sirrinta na musamman wajan kara lafiya ga mata masu matsalar bushewa, balle kuma ki kara da madarar ruwa da kanumfari, sai sugar ko zuma. Zaki hadesu a blender ki markada a ringa sha akai akai.
