Ingredients

  • 1 cupAll purpose flour
  • 1/4 th cupWheat flour
  • 1/2 cupGhee/butter
  • 3/4 th cupSugar powdered
  • 2 tspCardamom powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Sieve all purpose flour, wheat flour and sugar.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients except ghee. Add ghee as required to knead it.

  3. 3

    Kneading is important knead it smooth. It should not form cracks.

  4. 4

    Shape it. Bake it for 10-15 mins at 190 c
