1 cupAll purpose flour
1/4 th cupWheat flour
1/2 cupGhee/butter
3/4 th cupSugar powdered
2 tspCardamom powder

Sieve all purpose flour, wheat flour and sugar.

Mix all the ingredients except ghee. Add ghee as required to knead it.

Kneading is important knead it smooth. It should not form cracks.

Shape it. Bake it for 10-15 mins at 190 c
