Wash and boil your chicken, add onions, maggi, ginger and garlic.

Allow to cook until tender and little amount of water remains.
In a pan heat oil add chopped onions and garlic, then add your scotch bonnet. - 3
Stir fry for some minutes add your cabbage and all seasonings and spices.

Pour the chicken into the mixture and allow to simmer for some time. You can add a bit of water if you want it to be watery.
