Firstly wash the spinach,1kg and keep it for boiling.then after few whistles remove it from the burner.

Grind the boiled material in the jar, now heat up the oil in the pan, and now slice the onion and cook it till brown colour appears, now put the tomato puree into the onions. Add haldi,mirch, and dhaniya powder to the same, stir the masala till red colour.

Now after the masala turns red add the spinach puree to it,and add the paneer cubes to it, then add some salt to it for taste.

Serve it now with chapatis or paranthas.
