Ingredients

  1. 1jug buttermilk
  2. 1 cupbesan(gram flour)
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspdegi mirch
  6. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1/4 tspfenugreek seeds
  9. 1 tbsp curry patta/leaves
  10. 2chopped onion
  11. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  12. 2green chillies
  13. For pakoras
  14. 2 cupbesan/gram flour
  15. 2chopped onions
  16. 2finely chopped potatoes
  17. 2chopped green chillies
  18. as neededCoriander leaves
  19. 1/2 tspcarrom seeds
  20. to tasteSalt
  21. 1/4 tspred chilli
  22. as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the better of buttermilk and besan adding salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Heat oil

  3. 3

    Put mustard seeds.fenugreek seeds.cumin seeds and curry patta

  4. 4

    Put chopped onions and ginger garlic paste saute well

  5. 5

    Pour the mixture in it

  6. 6

    After 1 boil simmer it

  7. 7

    For pakoras make the better of besan and water

  8. 8

    Put chopped vegies and mix well

  9. 9

    Add salt and all masalas

  10. 10

    Make small pakoras and put on tissue

  11. 11

    When curry cook add pakoras

  12. 12

    For tempering heat 1tbs oil

  13. 13

    Put degi mirch and pour the tadka on the curry

  14. 14

    Garnish with coriander leaves
