Ingredients

  • 3 cupsrice
  • 6 cupshot water
  • 1\2kg of meat
  • 1big onion
  • 3tomatoes
  • 2 spoonoil
  • 1pilipili hoo
  • 2garlic
  • 3 spoonspilau mix
  • 1 table spoonsalt
  • 1 bunchdania

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil you meat,and slice all the ingredients needed to be sliced,onion,tomatoes,prepare you garlic by grinding it

    Put you oil in the sufuria,add you onion,pilipili hoo and cook them till they turn to Golden brown

    Add you meat and give it some time to mix well with the onion and add pilau mix.continue steering then add you garlic.after a minute add you washed rice and mix it well with the other ingredients.

    Add you boiled water and add 1 table spoon of salt.

  5. 5

    Add 1 you sliced Dania,cover the sufuria and simmer the heat,,allow you pilau to cook for 20 minutes.

    You pilau is ready to be served
