Semolina dosa with Sambhar

Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsemolina
  2. 150 gramscurd
  3. 2 tbspchopped green coriander
  4. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  5. To tastesalt
  6. As requiredOil

Cooking Instructions

    Put semolina,curd and water in a bowl mix it and make a batter.

  2. 2

    Keep aside this batter for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now add salt and baking soda mix well.

  4. 4

    Pour little amount of batter and make a dosa on hot non stick tawa.

  5. 5

    Add oil and shallow fry from both sides.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with Sambhar.
