In a large bowl add Boiled potatoes,Salt,Red chilly and black pepper then mix well.

Add bread crumbs and corn flour mix well and make a dough of it.

Take it make small balls out of it & flatten over the rolling board with the help of hand.With the help of glass cut round from the centre.With straws make eyes & with spoon make smile on it.

In a kadahi heat the oil & deep fry the smiley.
