Ingredients

4 serving
  1. 500 gmBasmati rice:-
  2. 200 gmPrawns
  3. 3 piecesEgg
  4. 3 tbspOil:-
  5. 2 tbspGhee:-
  6. 1 cupChopped onion
  7. 1/2 cupChopped Beans:-
  8. 1/2 cup carrots slices
  9. 1 cupChopped capsicum:
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. 1 tbspSugar
  12. 1 tspBlack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Soaked the basmoti rice atlist 5-6 hours. Boiled the rice drain exces water and set aside.

    Heat oil in a pan add prawns and fried and set aside. Then add egg and fried and set aside.

    Add beans and satue. Add carrots and satue and set aside.

  4. 4

    Again add oil and add onion and capsicum and saute. Then add beans, carrots egg and fried prawns and mixed it.

  5. 5

    Add boiled rice and mix. Add ghee, salt,sugar & black pepper and mix it well.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with chilli chicken.
