    Wash maize grits thoroughly and steam until soft

  2. 2

    In a work pan, add oil,finely chopped onion, diced chicken breast,spices and stir fry for 7-10mins. Add the steamed biski, seasoning,tumerice powder and saute, cover and let it steam, then add the veggies and serve warm
