Ingredients

  • Bagor box of pasta
  • 1 packageboneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cupchopped onion
  • 1 quartsliced mushrooms
  • 4small heads of broccoli chopped
  • 2garlic cloves minced
  • 2 Tbsbutter
  • 2+ Tbs olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • Optional garlic salt if needed
  • 1/2 cupreserved pasta water

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and brown on high heat skillet in Tbs oil.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile, cook past in separate pot. Cook to al dente to avoid mushy pasta later.

  3. 3

    Add veggies, herbs, and oil to chicken.

  4. 4

    Add cooked pasta with butter and reserved pasta water. Stir and simmer. Simmer with lid on for about 5 min or until broccoli is done.

  5. 5

    Taste and add more seasoning if needed.
