Ingredients

  1. 1Ripe mango (3/4 cup chopped)
  2. 1/4 cupMilkmaid /condensed milk
  3. 1/4 cupAmul Fresh cream
  4. 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  5. 1/3 cupBoiled milk
  6. Almonds chopped for garnish
  7. 1tspn honey for garnish
  8. Few gems for garnish
  9. Saffron threads - Few

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel the skin of ripe mango. Chop into cubes.

  2. 2

    Take chopped mango, condensed milk, milk, thick fresh cream, cardamom and saffron.

  3. 3

    Grind to smooth paste.

  4. 4

    Fill in plastic kulfi moulds

  5. 5

    Freeze for 6 to 8 hours. Remove and serve with some chopped almonds, gems and honey. Enjoy immediately !!!
