In a bowl, combine the ground beef, precooked rice, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg, and salt to taste. Mix well.

Use a spoon to scoop some of the meat mixture and shape it into a ball.

In a blender, add the onion, garlic, salt to taste, chili peppers, tomatoes, and a little water. Blend until smooth.

Pour the sauce into a small pot and heat. When it starts to warm up, add the meatballs. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked. They won't take long since the rice is already precooked.
