Steps

Gather all the ingredients. Take a pan in the gas, add water, mustard leaf, chopped onion, chopped garlic pod, salt & let it boil.

When all the water in the boiling mixture has evaporated, add mustard oil in it, stir for some time & take it off from gas. Now take this boiled mixture, chilli, coriander in a Silpatta/ blender. Blend this mixture properly.

Garnish it with coriander & your Sarso Saag Bharta is ready to serve!
