First of all, peel the bottle gourd and cut it in the form of chips and blanch them in hot water for 7 minutes.

Now, boil the blanched chips in sugar syrup for 7-8 minutes. Now, after the syrup comes to a boil add green cardamon and green colour and boil it again for 5-6 minutes. Now, switch off the flame and take out the strips and let them cool.

Now, in a bowl add mawa, half cup sugar,coconut dust,dryfruits and kewda essence and mix it properly.

Now, put mawa in between the strips and roll them. After rolling them insert a toothpick to bind them properly. You can also roll them triangular shape.

Now, cool the gillori in refrigerator for 1 hour and decorate it with silver work and coconut dust. Your Louki Mawa Gillori.
