Baked Green gram tikki

Heat oil in wok, add asafoetida and cumin seeds and allow it to crackle.

Now add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilli and cook it well.

Then add onion, garam masala powder, crushed black pepper and salt in it and cook it until onion turns slightly brown in colour.

In a bowl, take boiled green gram, mint leaves, rice flour, all purpose flour and prepared onion mixture and mix it well.

Now make tikkis of it.

Grease the crusty plate and put tikkis on it and bake it on 200° for 15 minutes.

Take them out and serve it with chutney or sauce.
