Steps

Place meat in a bowl,add water and rinse properly. Repeat process till meat is washed. Drain in a colander.

In a medium sized pot pour the meat.add chopped onions,maggi,salt, curry, thyme,bay leaf and meat seasoning. Use a wooden spoon to stir to combine. Add cold water,cover lid and place on heat. Cook for 15mins. Open lid and stir then cover and cook again for another 15mins. Remove from heat and set aside.

Pour oil in a large pot and heat.once hot add the cooked meat bit by bit and fry till golden brown. Serve and enjoy.
