I needed vegetable in my menu,so this idea came up...
Steps

Wash and slice ugu and onions,set aside.Boil water for rice in a pot with lil salt,wash rice with salt and add.

In another pot,add,washed stockfish,chevon and ponmo,season, cook with let l water, till almost done,set aside,when rice starts boiling,add stockfish,chevon and ponmo with the stock,palm oil,pepper,locust beans and sliced onions,taste to adjust with salt,cook till soft by adding lil more water,add ugu last...enjoy!
