Ingredients

  1. 2 cups: Spinach
  2. 1 cup: cubed paneer
  3. 3-4 cloves: garlic
  4. 1onion : pureed
  5. 2tomatoes : pureed
  6. to tasteSalt :
  7. 2: green chillies
  8. 1 tbsp: ginger
  9. 1/2 tbsp: garam masala
  10. 1/4 tsp: kasturi methi
  11. 2 tbsp: oil/ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and blanch spinach leaves and keep aside. Keep the watwr also aside.

  2. 2

    Now puree garlic, ginger and green chillies.

  3. 3

    In a thick bottom pan, add oil/ghee.

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste.

  5. 5

    Saute well. Now add onion puree and saute until it turns light brown.

  6. 6

    Then add tomato puree and cook well till oil seperates. Add salt.

  7. 7

    Add spinach puree and little leftover water in the gravy.

  8. 8

    Cook untill u get right consistency.

  9. 9

    Now add garam masala and crushed kasturi methi and cubed paneer.

  10. 10

    Cover and cook for 2 mins and serve hot with paratha, roti or rice.
