Rinse sabudana very well in water.

Soak sabudana 4 to 5 hours.

Drain water from sabudana.

Boil potato and peel and chop.

Heat oil in a pan

Fry cumin seeds also add curry leaves, green chilli.

Add ginger. Now add chopped potato and cook for 2 minutes.

Add sabudana. Mix well.

Add lemon and coriander in kadhai.

Add salt. And serve hot
