  1. 1/4 cup sago (sabudana)Soaked for 2-hrs
  2. 1elaichi crushed
  3. 1 tbsp milk powder
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 2 tbspsugar
  6. 1 tbsp raisins, chopped cashews ,almonds

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan add milk when starts bubbling pour soaked sago, stir continuously add milk powder, sugar and dry fruits cook till thickens. Turn off gas and add crushed elaichi.

    Yummy sago kheer is ready to serve. Can serve hot or chilled garnish with raisins and dryfruits.
