Ingredients

  • 250 grice soaked for at least 30 min
  • Dried fruit (raisins and sultan)
  • Water
  • 1 tbspcooking oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a hot pan add cooking oil and rice. Cook stirring for a few minutes

  2. 2

    Reduce heat as low as possible and cover your food. Let it simmer for @20

  3. 3

    Add water an inch above the rice and bring the rice to a boil

  4. 4

    Serve with your food.
