Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchSpinach
  2. Onion
  3. 1 cupPoha
  4. Salt
  5. Oregano
  6. Chilli flakes
  7. Black peppeR
  8. Grated cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Wash tge spinach and chop it finely

  2. 2

    In a bowl add washed, chopped, and strained spinach

  3. 3

    Now add spices like salt, black peppet, oregano, chilli flakes and nix well

  4. 4

    Now add grated cheese and soaked poha

  5. 5

    Mix well

  6. 6

    Make tikki/cutlet in heart shape

  7. 7

    Bake in oven at 200 degrer for 15 min Or fry in oil

  8. 8

    Serve hot
