Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsweet corns
  2. 1/2 cupchopped coriander
  3. 200 gramsspinach
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1big tomato chopped
  6. 1 tsplakhnavi saunf
  7. 1 tspkitchen king Masala
  8. 1 tbspdhaniya jeera powder
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 8 clovesgarlic grated
  11. 1green chilli chopped
  12. 1small piece of ginger grated
  13. 1/4lemon's juice
  14. 1 tbspoil
  15. 1 cubecheese grated
  16. as per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

30-mins.

    Blanch sweet corn & spinach separately, grind blanched spinach,coriander, green Chilli, few sweet corn & lemon juice in mixer grinder in smooth paste

    Heat a pan add oil & saunf when saunf turns colour add onion and grated ginger garlic, saute till onion turns transparent, now add chopped tomatoes & cook till tomatoes softens. Now add blanched sweet corn and cook for a while.

    Now add spinach,coriander, chilli puree and cook till oil releases. Add 1/2 grated cheese and mix well and keep 1/2 grated cheese for garnishing.

    So finally serve hot Healthy, Tasty spinach, sweet corn sabji garnishing with cheese and sweet corns.
