Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupwheat flour
  2. 1bunch spinach
  3. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  4. as neededSalt
  5. 1/2 spoongaram masala
  6. 1 packetmaggi masala
  7. 1/2 spooncumin seeds
  8. 1/2 cupgrated paneer
  9. 2-3finely chopped green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Take spinach chop and wash them,boil the spinach for 10 minutes,drain water, make smooth paste.

    Take one bowl add the wheat flour, spinach paste,cumin seed, maggi masala,red chilli powder,salt, green chutney, coriander,gram masala make soft dough.

    Make big ball from the dough and roll it,into thick roti,put the grated paneer and seal the edges.

    Roll it lightly into thick roti,put on hot tawa, cook on medium flame and apply
    butter both side roast light golden brown and ours spinach paneer paratha is ready
