Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgOrange
  2. 250 gramsWater
  3. 250 gramsSugar
  4. 1 table spoonLemon juice

    Take a pan in the gas, add water, sugar, stir. During first boil, add lemon juice, again stir & make a one string consistency sugar syrup & take it off from heat sauce.

    Remove seeds from orange, roughly chop them & blend. Now strain this mixture properly, collect the orange juice & mix it well with the sugar syrup.

    And your Orange squash is ready to serve! Serve it chilled! If you want you can also add pinch of black salt to enhance the taste.
