  • 10 gPepper(habanero)
  • Onions
  • 3 clovesFresh garlic
  • 5 gFresh ginger
  • 2Seasoning
  • 1 tspSalt

    Wash,tomatoes,pepper,ginger,garlic,onions and carrot (scrape the back), slice tomatoes, pepper,onions and garlic,set aside.pound ginger and garlic,set aside.wash and scrape all sides of ponmo,rinse,set aside.per boil ponmo with lil salt,set aside.

    Preheat oil on medium heat,add onions,garlic and ginger,stir fry,add boiled ponmo,tomatoes and pepper, stir,fry for 3mins,add seasoning and salt to taste, carrot last..ho LA LA,ready to eat!
