In a bowl pour besan, refined flour, curd rest it for half hour

Add baking powder pour the mixture into a small plastic bottle with a hole in the lid otherwise in ketchup bottle

In a kadhai pour the ghee when hot make jalebi in the centre of kadhai shape it circle and cook it both sides.

For sugar syrup or chasni in a pan take water and sugar boil it when bubbles come put off heat.

Add the all fried jalebi in the chasni remove it from the chasni and place it in a plate.

Boil the milk dip jalebi in it 15 minutes.

Ready to serve.
