Take a pan add oil heat it add oil and add Cumin seeds, garlic onion cardamom, tomato paste fry it nicely until raw smell goes add turmeric powder,red chilli powder salt,jaggery,cumin Coriander powder,kasuri methi, cream, Coriander leaves mix it well add boiled green moong, mix it and boil it nicely. Add water as you require for gravy consistent.

Tips :Make a paste of onion, Tomato, ginger garlic, curry leaves,Coriander and green cardamom paste add in masala.

Serve it hot with chapati or jeera rice.
