First cut kundru in round shaped small pieces

Heat the pan add chanadal to the pan stir it until the chanadal is well fried

Now put jeera to the pan fry little then chanadal jeera to the blender blend it and keep aside

Put oil to the pan add kundru to the pan put termaric powder and salt to the pan fry until the it is soft and keep aside

Now put kundru to the same bender along with blended chanadal lime juice coriander leaves dry roasted jeera dhania powder termaric powder green chilli little water salt black salt hing ginger blend it and make a nice and tasty look

It is best with rice and dal
