In a pan heat oil. Add the cumin seeds and let it crackle.

Add the onion, green chilli, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and saute for till onion turns soft.

Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, Salt to taste, mix well and saute for a min

Add the sliced bitter gourd and mix well and stir fry for few mins

Cover the pan and cook in medium heat stirring it occasionally for about 15-20 mins.

Add the garam Masala powder, mix well

Cook on high heat for about 5 mins and take off the heat.

Enjoy.
