Ingredients

  1. Green fresh Methi Half cup
  2. 2 cupMultigrain Flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. to tasteRed Chilli Acc
  5. 1 tspRoasted jeera
  6. Aa neededGhee for cooking
  7. 100 gPaneer
  8. 1/2 cupMatar/peas boiled
  9. 1Onion finely chopped
  10. 2-3Green chilli chopped
  11. 3-4 tbspGreen coriander chopped
  12. to tasteChaat masala Acc
  13. 1 tbspLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a dough of multigrain wheat flour

  2. 2

    By adding fresh chopped green methi, coriander(fresh dhaniya), salt, red chilli into flour

  3. 3

    Now in a oan take little ghee

  4. 4

    Saute chopped onion

  5. 5

    Now add peas and crumble paneer into this

  6. 6

    Spice it up witb salt, chilli, lemon juice,chaat masala

  7. 7

    Make parathas of that green dough

  8. 8

    Spread some chutney/ketchup of yout taste on paratha..

  9. 9

    Now spread paneer and matar stuffing over paratga

  10. 10

    Roll this into a roll

  11. 11

    Your green protein roll is ready to eat
