Amarnath Leaves Sabji
Steps

Wash the amarnath leaves and palak leaves twice and strain the water and chopped the amarnath leaves.

In a mixture jar add tomatoes, ginger, and garlic cloves, blend together for paste.

In a kadai add oil, cumin seeds, add chopped bringal, and amarnath leaves, salt, haldi powder, and water. Mix well and cook for 15-20-minutes.

Add tomatoes paste, red chilli powder, garam masala and mix well. Cook for 5-minutes.

Amarnath leaves sabji is ready.

Serve with paratha or roti or rice.
