Steps

Divide the dough into small balls, roll it into a small slight thick circle. Now pick the flattened dough with fork.

Now place a small katori(sliver/steel) bowl wrap the dough, trim off excess making sure the dough has covered well.

Heat oil in a pan, drop the katori(dough) one by one splash oil till the Katori separate from the dough, fry the katoris, till turn golden and crispy. Now drain off excess oil on tissu paper, keep it aside.

Prepare Chaat: take a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, boiled yellow chickpeas, all spices, all veggies, 2 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp tamarind chuntney, 1 tbsp green chutney, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, black salt,peanuts mix it well.

Now fill the katories with chaat mixture and top it with remain chuntney,curd and tomato sauce, sprinkle coriander leaves and sev.

Now katori chaat is ready, serve it immediately.
