Radish Leaves Bhaji

Wash and chop the radish and the greens finely.The finest chopped leaves taste better.

Take a kadai, heat it and pour oil. When it becomes hot, add mustard seeds,caroms seeds and cumin seeds.

After it splutters, add the chopped garlic and chopped radish and leaves in it.

Add turmeric powder, salt as per taste, mix, cover and allow to cook for 10 minutes. The leaves and radish should be dried.

In a mixer, roughly grind the chillies, grated coconut and ginger.

After the radish and greens are cooked, add the ginger mixture in it. Roast for five minutes and switch off.Add dried mango powder. Serve hot with rice or Chapatis.
