Ingredients

  1. 50 gramsshrimp (fresh, deveined)
  2. 400 gramscooked spaghetti
  3. 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  5. 2 tablespoonsgarlic
  6. 2 sprigsfresh peppercorns
  7. 3red chili peppers
  8. 1/2 cupbasil leaves
  9. 2 tablespoonsoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil to a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until golden and fragrant. If you like it spicy, you can add bird's eye chili with the garlic. Then add the prepared shrimp and stir-fry until almost cooked.

    Add the cooked spaghetti. Reduce the heat slightly to prevent burning while seasoning. Season with oyster sauce, fish sauce, fresh peppercorns, and sugar. Then add basil leaves and red chili peppers. Increase the heat and stir-fry until everything is well combined. Turn off the heat, plate, and serve immediately while hot. Enjoy!
